I once heard someone say:
“I’m not the strongest.
I’m not the best.
I’m just me —
and I am enough.”
Those words stayed with me.
Not because they were loud.
But because they were true.
So much of life teaches us to measure ourselves —
to compare, to improve, to justify our place.
But sometimes, the most honest thing we can say is also the simplest:
I am enough.
Not because I have arrived.
Not because everything is perfect.
But because I am here.
And today, that is enough.
